Change from AginCare to Radis on 12th February 2018
Hearing Aid - after many batteries no longer will use.
Hearing Aid test - no, nurse advised olive oil in ears each days for 6 weeks to unblock ear wax.
Radis have missed 5 care calls since starting - formal complaints now in place helped by new social worker. Meetings with Social worker & community nurses.

New Cushion - received
New rail on base of stairs
P3 stays with Dad in long visit(s) to the UK October - 6 weeks.
PL & PMJD have done major gardening to clear land further, inc. another cut of front hedges.
Bonfire major seasoned wood not required by siblings.
Installed Hive Hub control 2 lights just in case carers don't leave Dad any illumination between 3rd & 4th visit. Later Gas also installed thermostatic control for the CHtg on same Hub.
Problem with one carer in Radis leading Dad to not eat food on 3rd visit, as she was feeding him too much on 1st & 2nd visits; she then refused to move him from bed to sofa. Luckily this led to changing to another care agency Sapphire who will move Dad & feed him. Dec-18
