P1 → Gardening resumes as gardener accident stopped him coming although promised to do so.
F → Tuesday bath visits weekly until end of December 2014 then fortnightly.

Garage full of scrape metal disposed of by PB → £90 split 3 ways (Dad, Paul & Josie)
New Central Heating Boiler fitted by British Gas £3½k
CO Meter installed by P2 (above new CH boiler)
New smoke detectors installed by P2 (kitchen)
New Bathroom taps fitted by BGas/DR £86 → was leaking badly onto ceiling below
New downstairs Loo Ballcock replaced by BGas/DR.
Replaced lamp holder in Bedroom 3
Replaced lamp holder in Hall Landing
Amazon Sales → 30 books
Jewelry sold by F → £360 + £5
Concerted effort to clear house this year of unnecessary items inc:
7 wheelie bins of old magazines, papers etc disposed of
4 wheelie bins of old recyclables disposed of
Many personal documents no longer needed shredded including:
       Old photos of Annabel & family
       Annabel in various undressed poses
       Unknown people photo
Cupboard top of stairs clear out started, old suitcases binned, need shoring up damage to inside roof part soon

Gas was disconnected from Gas Hob & 2 fires due to safety concerns.
